RENTAL RATE SCHEDULE
Fri & Sun: $4,000
Mon - Thu: $3,000
Mon–Fri Daytime Special (out by 2pm): $2,000
These rates are effective January 1, 2018 and are subject to change.
Rate includes use of AMP for load in, setup, up to a four-hour event time, and load out,
onsite Event Assistant, in-house equipment, and custodial services.
Venue rental rates do not include food, beverage, additional furniture, or other
equipment, which are handled by our exclusive caterer, Ridgewells.
Capacity and Parking
For a fully seated reception with space for dancing, the room works well for 120-150 guests. We can accommodate up to 230 seated without a dancefloor, and 250-300 for a theater-style presentation.
