Intro to Storytelling
WITH STORY DISTRICT
Co-presented by Strathmore and Story District
Storytelling is a powerful way to reflect on your life experiences, connect with an audience, promote understanding, and build community. In this highly interactive 3-hour Story District workshop, you’ll explore what it takes to shape meaningful moments in your life into relatable and entertaining true stories. Among other things, you’ll learn about narrative structure, the elements of a good story, what makes a memory “story-worthy," and how to make a story feel “cinematic.”
Doors open 15 minutes before the workshop. Tickets are not mailed; there will be a will call list at the door. Please note that AMP food and beverage will not be available at this workshop.
