We regret to inform you that Nataly Merezhuk's concert on August 13 has been postponed. We realize this show has already moved once, but we are now looking further ahead in anticipation of social distancing restrictions that might impact summer performances. We are exploring potential dates for the fall and will update you in June with more information.
Please contact the Ticket Office at 301.581.5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you prefer to exchange your tickets for a different Strathmore Presents performance; change your ticket purchase to a tax-deductible donation; or receive a refund. Please note that during this time, our Ticket Office is open 10am–5pm Monday–Friday. We will continue to do everything that we can to respond to patrons in a timely manner and ensure that every need is taken care of in the coming weeks.
Nataly Merezhuk is a violinist who has embraced the role of the violin in jazz following her extensive classical training. Originally from Russia, she holds a degree from Peabody Conservatory and performs with orchestras in the greater DC area, including the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and the Maryland Symphony Orchestra. Her interest in jazz has led her to perform in smaller acoustic ensembles and duos, with styles and sounds influenced by Svend Asmussen and Stephane Grappelli. Merezhuk was drawn to jazz for its improvisational nature, making her an extremely versatile musician and performer.
Please note that seating for this show is general admission.
